HR Audits & Reviews
A human resources audit serves to evaluate the state of an organization's human resources function and identifies existing or potential areas of concern, as well as practices which may be in conflict with applicable laws and regulations or HR best practices. These could include equal employment, wage & hour classifications, policies and procedures, general HR administration and processes, and more.
